Final Averages
Students’ final averages are a combination of a fall semester average and the spring semester average.
All students will begin accumulating new grades at the start of second semester in Jan. 2012. The final average from first semester will be averaged with the final one in May for your child’s ultimate average for seventh grade.
Are your grades not what you expected?
First things first. Have you turned in all of your work? If you have any zeroes, then chances are that you are missing something. Look in your binder, locker, bedroom for the missing assignment, and then ask me about it.
Secondly, make sure you don’t miss on any assignments! I expect all students to write their assignments in the agenda each day. If you forget, go here:
Finally, if you have submitted all of your assignments to date and you want to raise your grade, please talk to me about extra credit.
